FAQ

Q) What Audio/Video formats can you transcribe?

Answer: We can transcribe just about any video or audio format, if it’s outside the norm MP3, WAV, MP4, WMA, and MOV, just let us know.

Q) How do I send my Audio files?

Answer: Just upload them via the HOW IT WORKS page and follow the process. It’s very simple.

Q) What happens when the quality of audio sent to you is not up to the mark?

Answer: In case the audio recording or file is not audible at all, Triple A will notify you immediately. Despite this constraint, if you decide to go on with the process of transcription, we will put our best effort to provide you the desired result. Certainly, it will not match our quality standard, but our aim is to satisfy our clients to the fullest.

Q) Are humans or technology used for the process of transcription?

Answer: Our Company believes in unity of both for providing maximized benefits to our clients. We use effective software and experts in transcription to place before you the most accurate transcription.

Q) How will my Transcriptions be returned to me?

Answer: After we transcribe your file, we will return it via email.

Q) Will you sign a non-disclosure-agreement or confidentiality Agreement?

Answer: If the client requires it, yes we will sign an agreement upon review.

Q) When can I upload the Audio for Transcription?

Answer: Any day of the week-24/7

Q) When and how do I pay for the Transcription?

Answer: We ask that payment be made within expected turnaround time; payment can be made through either Paypal or EFT, details for payment will be sent through once the audio has been uploaded.

Q) What are your turnaround times?

Answer: Typically we aim to have your transcriptions back within 24-36 hours, however for large projects please call to discuss as this may take longer. Please let us know if it is required on a weekend, as this may incur additional charges for employing our team on weekends.

Q) Will I receive an Invoice?

Answer: Yes. Once payment has been made an invoice will be emailed to you.
